Orders Processing and Shipping
Order processing time standard processing takes 1 to 2 business days due to volume of orders. This is the time it takes the seller to confirm, pick, pack, and hand the order off to the carrier.
During peak seasons, like holidays, processing times can increase due to higher demand.
Orders placed after 4:00pm Pacific coast time of that day may not be processed until the next business day. As well as any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed at the beginning of the start that Monday if no holidays fall on that time frame.
Standard (Ground) Shipping: The most common and affordable option, typically takes 2 to 5 business days. For more remote locations like Hawaii or Alaska, it can take up to 7 business days.
Express Shipping: A faster, more expensive option that typically arrives in 1 to 3 business days. This time frame accrues after the order is processed.
Federal regulations or sellers operating in the U.S., the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) “30-Day Rule” requires that if a specific shipping time is not advertised, the product must be shipped within 30 days of the order being placed. If a business cannot meet this deadline, they must notify the customer and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.
Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Equipment Direct is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Equipment Direct and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Equipment Direct does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://www.equipdirect.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Pricing and Specifications
All information regarding pricing, products and services is subject to change. Equipment Direct reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, discontinuation, unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes and/or duties or special crating requirements for export shipment. Those customers who claim exemption from taxes or duties are responsible for providing Equipment Direct with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase or taxes will be added to their order. Uline strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your company has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged product. All orders are considered final and non-refundable after that time. Any item being returned within 2 weeks do to an order error, will recieve a 10 % restocking fee and will be shipped back at the customer’s cost. After 2 weeks, all items are considered non-returnable.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you, the customer, and Equipment Direct concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect thereto, including any oral statements made by Equipment Direct representatives or any alternate terms supplied by you to Equipment Direct unless otherwise agreed to by Equipment Direct in writing. To the extent that anything in or associated with site is in conflict or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
