WESTEX & Banox
100% Cotton produced with the gaseous ammonia or ammonia cure reaction. A cost effective
product available in 9 or 12 oz. fabric weights. Flame resistant properties usually last 25-50 laundering
cycles, provided proper instructions are followed.
A high grade 100% cotton. Flame resistance is guaranteed for the life of the garment
if proper laundering instructions are followed.
One of the highest levels of quality and protection in an FR cotton fabric. 88% cotton, 12% high
tenacity nylon with guarantee flame resistance for the life of the garment, confirms an excellent value
equation. UltraSoft provides superior protection from electric, arc, and flash fire exposures.
UltraSoft AC
The UltraSoft line of flame resistant 88% cotton/12% high tenacity nylon fabrics is guaranteed flame
resistant for the life of the garment in either high temperature, industrial, or home washing procedure.
Vinex fabrics, comprised of 85% inherently flame resistant vinyl and 15% polynosic rayon, will retain
their flame resistant properties throughout the service life of the garment. Available in navy blue.
Banox Certified
100% cotton. Flame resistant properties are guaranteed for the life of the garment if proper laundering
instructions are followed.
Banwear by ITEX FR cotton/nylon blend fabric consisting of 88% cotton, 12% high tenacity nylon to increase abrasion
resistance. The fabrics are finished with the ammonia cure process. Garments usually last 5 times
that of standard FR materials.
Springfield DH

Springfield's Dual Hazard Fabric is inherently flame resistant and cannot be degraded by laundering.
This fabric is a blend of 48% Tencel, 40% Modacrylic and 12% Aramid fibers. Fabric can be used for Arc
Flash or Flash Fire applications depending on the protection level that is needed.
Nomex IIA
by Dupont
Fabric is inherently flame resistant and cannot be degraded by laundering. The garment life
is usually 3-5 times that of FR cotton.

Flame resistant fabric designed for welding garments. A blend of Kevlar, FR lenzing rayon
and other FR materials affords this fabric to have superior protection in welding applications
with excellent durability and exceptional comfort.

P.B.I. Gold
by PBI Performance
Products, Inc.
P.B.I. (Polybenzimidazole) and Kevlar effects an inherently flame resistant quality fabric
recommended for professional fire fighters and other career apparel. Gas "Flash Suits" are commonly
made from PBI/Kevlar. Available in 4.5 oz in light gold color.
100% Wool Flame resistant wool effects excellent insulation qualities, is cost effective, and long lasting.
Carbon Felt High Temperature Non-Woven material with protection up to 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Material is lightweight,
durable, and scratch resistant. Available in 17 oz. black material.
